Although the United States of America is a developed Country and there are no recommended rounds of vaccinations to have before travelling. The theme parks are a great big global melting pot. People from all over the world come to these parks. This includes those from countries who's public health levels are somewhat lower than Australia's.
Whilst at the parks my daughter picked up a very virulent strain of Chicken Pox. My daughter was vaccinated, however, the strain blew right past it and infected her. My daughter spent the second leg of the trip in Hawaii In quarantine in the hotel room. When we got back home I broke out in spots and spent a month off work because of it.
Now keep in mind you are going to be spending over $10,000 dollars to travel to America and go to Walt Disney World. Can you imagine how you and your kids are going to feel quarantined in your hotel room for this trip of a life time.
My advise will be to consult your doctor and see if you or your family need a vaccination booster
